Skills
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance and ability to maintain it
- Strong engineering fundamentals in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, or physics
- 3+ years experience programming in languages such as C++, Python, Java, Rust, Go, or JavaScript
- Experience with large-scale data processing and real-time systems
- Familiarity with autonomy domains (SLAM, motion planning, controls, estimation) and multi-agent systems
- Ability to navigate complex, established codebases and cross-disciplinary collaboration
Responsibilities
- Design and implement autonomy software components (perception, SLAM, motion planning, controls, estimation)
- Develop and optimize algorithms for multi-agent coordination and mission autonomy
- Integrate software with hardware teams and test engineering for flight and field deployments
- Process and analyze large, real-time data streams to inform decision-making
- Maintain and evolve existing codebases and contribute to system architecture
- Ensure safety, reliability, and secure communications for deployed systems
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant coursework or background in algorithms, controls, robotics, or signal processing
