Responsibilities
- Oversee acquisition lifecycle from due diligence through integration and adoption across multiple acquisitions
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Legal, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Mission Ops, Finance, Product, Deployments) to define requirements, milestones, and dependencies
- Build and own the program management foundation and processes for acquisitions
- Implement risk management strategies and contingency plans
- Manage program timelines and ensure milestones are met across related acquisitions
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and provide regular status and risk updates
- Analyze program status and adjust scope, schedule, or resources as needed
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and act as day-to-day contact for program changes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
