We are looking for an experienced Data Science Manager to grow the application and impact of Data Science techniques within Amplify’s Sales, Marketing and Finance departments. This role will be pivotal to the growth of best practices in data analytics, and the introduction of experimentation and machine learning into these departments. To accomplish this, the Data Science Manager will serve as the technical lead for a cross-functional Data scrum team focused on Marketing analytics. Additionally, they will hire and manage a team of Data Scientists working on cross functional scrum teams aligned with our Sales and Finance departments.
This Data Science Manager role will report to the Director of Data Science and Analytics and is considered a leadership position within Amplify’s Data Department. As a result, you will be empowered to innovate and participate in important decisions across the entire data stack. Additionally, the culture here at Amplify cannot be beat. The gross salary range for this role is $140,000 - $185,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
