Amplify is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing Content Marketing team. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, and self-directed, with the ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously. They are organized, a strong writer, with great attention to detail and quality, and the desire to work in a high energy environment. 

This role will assist in our digital marketing campaigns, including creating and editing copy, routing for review, and working with our Performance Marketing team to finalize and execute. This role will collaborate with and support our literacy content marketers to drive emails, short and long format downloadable assets, social media promotion, thought leadership outreach, and more.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Submit promotional content into Workfront system, monitor projects, and flag any issues affecting timely production
  • Assist with creation of assigned assets, including email copy, webinars, downloadables, social media posts, conference proposals, and thought leadership outreach
  • Guide stakeholder review of assigned assets, and make any adjustments as needed
  • Support literacy content marketing team with developing and executing lead-driving campaigns and marketing tactics, including email, paid and organic social media, webinars and live events, and others
  • Routinely audit and update literacy thought leadership content library, ensuring accurate labeling and descriptions for both internal and external promotion
  • Use Hubspot and Tableau to monitor campaign metrics, and send weekly updates on performance to greater team 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 0-1 year of experience, or 2-4 years of equivalent work experience
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Education, EdTech, or Marketing field
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Mailchimp, or Workfront

What we offer:

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
