IS Business Systems Analyst

What you will do and what we expect of you

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will:  

 Duties: Build and maintain product requirements for life cycle management as well as create and maintain prioritized user stories backlog in partnership with product owner and business teams; Drive business requirements, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations; Bring product capabilities to life by translating concepts and ideas to software features; Continuously advance team and stakeholder adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe); Work closely in a client-facing role with a cross-functional team of DTI platform and product stakeholders; Influence the customer product experience by translating data into insights and business value; Work with Data Engineers in automating and building integrations for seamless data flow to Anaplan, Tableau, and other reporting platforms; and Handle end-to-end requirements for development work, and management of backlog including tracking dependencies, risks, and decisions. May telecommute. 

Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Information Systems or relevant field & 3 years of experience in the following:  

1. Data-related technologies, including Data Storage AWS S3, Cloud Compute AWS EC2, Highly Performant Data Warehouses AWS Redshift;  

2. Data Engineering and Analytics using Databricks and Spark;  

3. Orchestration using Airflow;  

4. Reporting / Data Visualization Tools such as Tableau;  

5. Building and maintaining with Anaplan, Databricks, ETL Tools, and working with programming languages including Python, R, and SQL;  

6. Agile Scrum and SAFe teams with an understanding of software development framework and methodologies;  

7. Knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build, test and deploy;  

8. Experience working in Agile Product teams & DevOps frameworks including JIRA and GitHub, and implementing CI/CD processes; 9. Experience with drafting test plans, test protocols, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios as well as owning Requirements Trace Matrix; and  

10. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, Confluence, Change Management tool ServiceNow, and Zephyr test tool.

Job type: Full Time position. The annual salary range for this position in the U.S. is $121,680.00 to $143,472.00 per year. Also, this position offers stock, retirement, medical, life and disability insurance and eligibility for an annual bonus or for sales roles, other incentive compensation. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
