Summary:
The Department of Health Studies is seeking a motivated undergraduate student to assist with front office communication and administrative duties. This position requires responsibilities that include:
Design engaging graphics for newsletters, events and social media content using Canva and other tools.
Manage and grow our Instagram presence through creative posts and stories.
Collaborate with the team to organize and manage department events.
Other administrative tasks using Microsoft 365 apps.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Part-Time.
Candidates must have an active Federal Work Study award.
Salary Range:
$17.95 per hour.
Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
This position requires strong oral, written and digital communication skills and the ability to multi-task and work independently.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Prior experience working in an office setting is highly recommended.
