American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading provider of payment solutions for businesses of all sizes. Within GCS, the Small Business Partner Marketing team develops marketing strategies that leverage the joint value proposition of American Express and our key strategic co-brand partners to attract and retain new commercial prospects through partner and Amex proprietary channels. 

About the role:

The Senior Analyst, Delta Co-Brand Acquisition Marketing will be responsible for driving new card acquisition through email, in-airport and new emerging channels. This person will work closely with internal and external cross functional partners to develop and execute a strategic marketing roadmap to drive new acquisition growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to acquire new accounts through Delta email, In-Airport, and Emerging channels that align with partner, product and channel priorities
  • Monitor, report, and analyze channel performance. Own weekly channel reporting, campaign analyses, and a monthly portfolio performance overview, sharing ongoing insights with partner & other internal stakeholders  
  • Support the development of monthly and annual forecasting
  • Collaborate closely with Analytics on email targeting to identify and address opportunities to support and grow Small Business portfolio
  • Partner with legal, compliance, and external partners to manage compliance operations in the in-airport channels
  • Support innovation in the in-airport sales channels, and own the development and approval of training curriculum
  • Support the assessment and launch of new emerging channels
  • Partner with Marketing Operations Analyst to ensure flawless execution of all campaign

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous experience in marketing, product, or function with transferrable skillset
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively 
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable in a cross-functional environment with many stakeholders and able to influence internal and external partners
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to navigate different reporting systems to pull data, interpret data, and translate into cohesive insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with external partners or in a partnerships role
  • Field sales or product training development experience a plus

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
