We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. The Sales Assistant will provide vital support to our sales department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining client satisfaction, and helping drive revenue through organization and communication excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and client communication

  • Prepare and process sales documentation, proposals, and reports

  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure client satisfaction

  • Maintain and update CRM systems and sales records

  • Coordinate follow-ups and assist in lead generation efforts

  • Support planning and execution of promotional activities or events

  • Track sales performance metrics and provide relevant insights to the team

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
