Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Clerk to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations by handling clerical tasks, managing records, and supporting day-to-day office functions. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and mail distribution
Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as needed
Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Monitor office supplies and reorder as necessary
Support other departments with administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in an office or clerical role is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
