The Events Assistant plays a key role in supporting the coordination and execution of corporate events, brand activations, and promotional experiences. This position is ideal for an organized, proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion
Support event logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination
Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations
Prepare event materials, reports, and documentation
Ensure events align with brand standards and client expectations
Provide hands-on support before, during, and after events
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
Professional attitude and team-oriented approach
Competitive salary ($50,000 – $54,000 annually)
