We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Events and Sales Assistant to support our outreach initiatives, event operations, and client engagement activities. This role is ideal for someone who excels in dynamic environments, communicates effectively, and enjoys contributing to the development and execution of high-impact brand and sales strategies. You will play a key role in coordinating event logistics, supporting sales functions, and ensuring outstanding experiences for our clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, activations, and in-person brand engagements
Support sales initiatives including lead follow-up, client communication, and presentation preparation
Maintain organized event schedules, materials, and documentation
Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure smooth operations and brand consistency
Collaborate with internal teams to support project goals and client requirements
Conduct basic research and gather insights to support outreach and sales strategies
Assist with post-event reporting and performance tracking
Strong organizational and time-management skills
