We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Cincinnati. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a seamless support experience. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems

  • Identify patterns in customer feedback and communicate recurring issues to management

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, services, and internal protocols

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision

  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
