Responsibilities
- Assist customers with frame selection and lens options based on prescription, face fit, personal style, and lifestyle
- Take and record accurate measurements, adjust and fit eyewear, and ensure precise execution
- Inspect finished eyewear to confirm it meets optical standards and customer requirements
- Explain prescription terminology and product offerings in clear, customer-friendly language
- Collaborate with the retail team to maintain excellent service standards and share best practices
- Represent the brand and educate customers about company values and programs
Education
- State dispensing optician license where required or ABO certification in non-licensing states
- High school diploma or equivalent
