Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Manager who will lead and oversee the daily operations of our customer service department. This individual will ensure client satisfaction, drive team performance, and establish a high standard of excellence in all customer support functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Manage and mentor the customer support team, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to evaluate and improve processes.
Develop support strategies and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
Implement training programs to improve team product knowledge and service skills.
Maintain a feedback loop with clients to identify areas of improvement.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
Qualifications
Proven experience (3+ years) in a customer support or client service management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to analyze metrics and develop actionable insights.
Proficiency with CRM systems and customer support platforms.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
