We are looking for a Customer Support Manager who will lead and oversee the daily operations of our customer service department. This individual will ensure client satisfaction, drive team performance, and establish a high standard of excellence in all customer support functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor the customer support team, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.

  • Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to evaluate and improve processes.

  • Develop support strategies and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences.

  • Implement training programs to improve team product knowledge and service skills.

  • Maintain a feedback loop with clients to identify areas of improvement.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to analyze metrics and develop actionable insights.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and customer support platforms.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
