We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our Cleveland-based team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide consistent support that reflects our company values.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems

  • Track, document, and resolve client concerns with efficiency and professionalism

  • Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve technical or service-related issues

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and solutions provided

  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and updating client information as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service or administrative support role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in using customer support software and basic office applications

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Attention to detail and a high level of organization
