Job Description
Captura Hall is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Trainer to join our growing organization. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our customer service teams. You’ll work closely with department leaders to ensure all staff members deliver service that reflects our company’s high standards and values.
Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs for customer service teams.
Identify skill gaps and provide tailored coaching sessions to enhance team performance.
Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations to support learning initiatives.
