We are currently seeking a Customer Service Liaison to serve as the key connection between clients and our internal support teams. This position plays a crucial role in managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring service standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service-related issues.

  • Manage communication between clients and internal departments to ensure timely resolution.

  • Document and track client interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with customers to verify satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

  • Assist in process improvement by identifying recurring concerns and suggesting solutions.

  • Ensure all customer service procedures align with company policies and client expectations.

  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients and support retention efforts.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems (CRM experience is a plus).

  • Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
