Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in New Orleans. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, timely service, and smooth coordination of orders and project requirements. Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships

• Process orders, resolve inquiries, and follow up on service requests

• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery

• Provide detailed quotes, invoices, and order confirmations

• Track customer satisfaction and proactively identify improvement areas

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities

• Ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoints

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Comfortable with CRM systems and office software (MS Office, email, etc.)

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
