We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for building effective relationships.
Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for client and partner communications.
Draft, edit, and distribute clear and accurate messaging across internal and external channels.
Coordinate communication strategies to align with company objectives.
Support public relations initiatives, including press releases and media outreach.
Monitor and respond to inquiries, ensuring professional and timely communication.
Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency in all messaging.
Maintain records of communications and prepare periodic reports for management.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in a communications, PR, or related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication platforms.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
