Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Associate to join our Culver City office. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to our team’s success.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations
Prepare reports and documentation related to client interactions
Identify opportunities for service improvement and efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Previous experience in client service or account management is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
