Job Description

About the Role
The Call Center Representative handles inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle a high volume of interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders, payments, or service requests.

  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in the system.
