- Strong network security knowledge for wired and wireless environments.

Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams, providing strategic direction and people leadership.
- Design, implement, and maintain security strategy, policies, and controls aligned with frameworks (NIST, CIS, PCI).
- Build and operate a Security Operations capability including SIEM, detection, investigation, and incident response.
- Oversee vulnerability management, threat intelligence, intrusion detection, and remediation processes.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance across cloud environments and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular security posture assessments and coordinate remediation actions with stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate security into product, IT, and business processes.
- Manage relationships with external security vendors, MSSPs, and consultants.
- Lead high-impact, mission-critical projects in ambiguous or unstructured environments to meet business needs.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (CISSP, AWS/Azure/GCP security certs) are preferred.
