Responsibilities
- Support Developers on seasonal projects by documenting and delivering swatches, yardage, and material packages on schedule.
- Maintain trackers for briefs, supplier programs, and advanced concept initiatives to ensure project visibility.
- Prepare seasonal innovation binders, mood boards, and storyboards to communicate concepts to Design and Leadership.
- Organize and maintain the physical and digital innovation library, ensuring materials are categorized and accessible.
- Consolidate mill capabilities, trend insights, and supplier innovation submissions to support scouting.
- Assist in preparation for mill visits, fabric fairs, and vendor meetings with organized innovation materials.
- Update PLM and internal databases with supplier details, concept notes, and seasonal outcomes.
- Document innovation journeys from concept kick-off to seasonal integration to create traceability.
Education
- Relevant coursework or an Associate/Bachelor's in textile science, fashion, materials, or related field preferred
- Academic project experience or internships in raw materials or textile roles accepted
