The candidate will utilize genetic (CRISPR) and pharmacological manipulations of induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) model systems to validate the role of targets in mechanisms related to the pathobiology of human diseases. The focus of the role will be to differentiate iPS-derived immune cell types for use in cell-based assays and to incorporate them into intestine and skin organoid model systems for the client Immunology team. The candidate will support the client’s dynamic and innovative early discovery research environment and will be expected to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
