Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising directives from planning through implementation to meet company standards and timelines
- Manage shipment receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment and supply management
- Plan and execute floor changes in partnership with management while managing payroll and visual support needs
- Use sales and inventory reports to identify merchandising opportunities and adjust product placement and stock levels
- Partner with Operations & Visual Manager on budgets, inventory control, vendor relationships, technology and facilities
- Lead, coach and develop associates; provide feedback and performance evaluations using company tools
- Support cross-functional training with Operations, Sales & Service leads and execute store-level initiatives
- Open and close store according to visual and operational standards
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Relevant retail or visual merchandising coursework a plus
