Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising directives, floor sets, and product presentation
- Manage shipment receiving, processing, returns, transfers, and stock replenishment
- Plan and execute visual changes in partnership with management while managing payroll and timelines
- Use reporting tools to identify merchandising and inventory opportunities and implement changes
- Partner with Operations & Visual Manager on budgets, inventory control, supplies, vendors and facilities
- Coach, develop and provide feedback to associates; support recruitment and performance evaluations
- Open and close the store to company visual and operational standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales & service, and SCC initiatives
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant retail or visual merchandising coursework or equivalent experience preferred
