Front Office Specialist - Full Time 30-40 per week

Join Our Patient-Centered Medical Team!

We're looking for a warm, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Specialist to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you're passionate about helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow your career in healthcare--we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

  • Greet patients with a smile and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Check patients in/out, schedule appointments, verify insurance, process payments and referrals
  • Keep patient records and documentation accurate and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with team members and support daily office operations

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 + years of medical office experience
  • Positive attitude, strong communication and excellent phone ettiquette
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Dependable and eager to learn new systems (experience with eCW EMR is a bonus)
