Site Reliability Engineer
Skills
- 5+ years in reliability/infrastructure-focused engineering roles (SRE, Production, Platform)
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS and/or GCP)
- Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform, Helm)
- Strong observability tooling knowledge (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK)
- Incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortem-driven improvement
Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and operate scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes and cloud-native tools
- Build and maintain automation pipelines for deployments, monitoring, and incident response
- Lead incident management, perform root cause analyses, and drive reliability improvements
- Develop and maintain observability frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, tracing)
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers to elevate operational capabilities
- Improve infrastructure-as-code and automation with Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
