There are no annual salary increases. They pay some teams much, MUCH, less than others, even though some people live in very expensive countries. We work remotely, but it is very difficult to travel and even try to take advantage of working in other countries when you are constantly trying to make ends meet. This has been brought up multiple times during the yearly employee reviews and nothing is done about it. During all the time i was there, everyone knew it was an issue. The company is a great company to work for and you can tell they are passionate about what they do, but they don't value certain teams enough and those people are leaving, even when they don't want to.
