The Contracts Manager contributes to AHF by utilizing experience in grants and finance management along with a willingness to obtain a thorough understanding of the Ryan White HIV Program. Primary activities include acting as the liaison between grantors that are federal, state, county, city and community-based groups, and AHF program staff, within their duties of grants contract management, contract interpretation, training, ensuring compliance with grantor regulations and policies, and preparing and submitting budgets, and programmatic and financial reports, and ensure proper documentation in the accounting system. This position provides the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to AHF’s mission of providing access to much needed care, regardless of a patient’s ability to pay.
The Contract Managers enhances the reputation of AHF by successful execution, implementation and management of federally funded contracts and thereby increases AHF's ability to serve more patients that are in need of care.
