The Role

At AiDASH, we secure tomorrow. As Head of Professional Services, you make that real by leading the delivery of custom product deployments and technical solutioning for our largest customers. You integrate our platform into enterprise software workflows and ensure that custom solutions meet complex customer needs. You lead both technical delivery and consultative engagements that create real outcomes today. 

Our strategic customers operate in complex enterprise environments with deep integrations, technical ambiguity, and high expectations for reliability and responsiveness. This role requires strong enterprise instincts, hands-on technical leadership, and deep customer empathy. 

You will build the Professional Services function from the ground up, managing a global team and defining how AiDASH delivers scalable, high-quality, revenue-generating services. 

Location: This is a hybrid role based in Palo Alto, CA. However, we're open to considering exceptional remote candidates.

• Build and lead the custom delivery function to meet high customer expectations and scale with demand 
• Architect the operating model, team structure, and standards for enterprise-facing, high-complexity services 
• Own custom deployments including new workflows, deep platform integrations, and partner-specific configurations 
• Serve as a forward-deployed technical leader who works directly with enterprise customers, scopes solutions, and drives delivery to completion 
• Guide and manage engineers and program leads globally, including in India, to ensure execution excellence 
• Lead engineers through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring disciplined execution, quality control, and delivery of high-impact solutions. 
• Review and provide technical guidance on code, APIs, integrations, and custom solution components, even if not hands-on coding yourself 
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical plans withtimely execution 
• Drive operational rigor: scope work accurately, manage costs, forecast effort, and contribute to revenue and margin 
• Develop reusable playbooks, frameworks, and assets that enable repeatable and scalable delivery 

• 10+ years of experience in professional services, technical consulting, or software delivery roles
• Recent experience (within 5–10 years) as a solid programmer or technical leader able to credibly guide and challenge engineers (writing code today is nice to have but not required) 
• Proven ability to build, lead, and scale global teams, especially managing hybrid teams with India-based talent 
• Deep understanding of enterprise software ecosystems, SaaS integrations, and complex B2B deployments 
• Experience working consultatively with enterprise customers and visiting sites as needed 
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to lead delivery teams to high-quality outcomes on time 
• Comfortable translating ambiguous customer needs into concrete technical solutions and project plans 
• Experience owning services revenue, margin, or operational forecasting is a plus 
• Industry experience in utilities, infrastructure, or regulated environments is desirable but not required 
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills 
• Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites or partner meetings

We offer a competitive base pay range for this full-time position, which is between $210,000 and $260,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated base salary for new hires. In addition to base salary, this role offers an annual performance- based bonus and equity compensation as part of our commitment to shared success. We strive to ensure our compensation packages are equitable and aligned with industry standards. Your recruiter will share more about compensation during the hiring process.
