Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Bold is a leading healthy-aging platform partnering with Medicare plans to deliver evidence-based exercise programs that prevent falls, reduce musculoskeletal pain, and increase activity. We are seeking a hands-on, creative, and analytical Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own our CRM (Iterable), craft member-centered communications across email, SMS, and in-app, and optimize lifecycle journeys from enrollment through re-engagement.

Skills

  • 3+ years in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle roles
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Braze, etc.)
  • Strong writing and member-focused copy skills
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with metrics and dashboards
  • Experience running A/B tests and iterative optimization
  • Project management and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with deliverability best practices and list hygiene

Responsibilities

  • Execute lifecycle campaign strategies across enrollment, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize automated workflows in the CRM.
  • Segment members using behavior, engagement, demographics, and predictive signals.
  • Write engaging, member-centered copy aligned with Bold’s voice and brand.
  • Create and maintain email templates and designs within the CRM (HTML/CSS a plus).
  • Run A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate on creative and targeting.
  • Monitor email deliverability, list hygiene, suppressions, and bounce handling.
  • Measure and report on campaign KPIs and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, product, analytics, CRM, and growth teams.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and stakeholder communications.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (marketing, communications, or related preferred)
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in email marketing/analytics a plus
