- Executive-level stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing vendors and sizable transformation budgets.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global strategy and roadmap for payroll and equity administration supporting multiple international jurisdictions.
- Manage end-to-end global payroll and equity operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of pay cycles and equity events.
- Design global policies, governance, and technology roadmaps to scale operations and maintain compliance across new and existing markets.
- Lead, mentor and grow cross-functional teams including direct reports and senior managers for payroll and equity administration.
- Own vendor relationships, transformation budgets, and major system implementations to drive cost-effective solutions.
- Establish and maintain rigorous internal controls (SOX), serve as primary contact for external audits related to payroll and equity.
- Partner with senior leaders across People, Finance, Tax, Legal, Treasury, and IT to align payroll and equity strategy with overall business goals.
- Drive change management for international expansions, M&A integration and significant systems/process changes.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or professional certification (CPA) preferred.
