Skills
- Expertise in Salesforce ecosystem including Service Cloud and platform administration.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, Service Console.
- Proficiency with Lightning web components, Apex, and CI/CD tools like BuildKite and GitHub.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting, analytics, and leveraging Snowflake.
- Experience with JIRA, Notion, and Agile methodologies.
- Technical skills in Salesforce declarative development including Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
- Ability to manage and optimize platform observability, availability, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Salesforce as the primary CRM across Servicing, operations, compliance, and customer success.
- Set technical strategy for the team over a year-long horizon and lead critical business-impacting projects.
- Collaborate with product management, design, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure technical sustainability and manage risks.
- Act as a force-multiplier by defining technical solutions and operational processes.
- Maintain and support Salesforce integrations with systems like Snowflake and Amazon Connect for automation.
- Develop and enforce governance, security, and data integrity best practices in compliance with fintech regulations.
- Drive DevOps excellence and automation using Salesforce DevOps Center and GitHub Actions.
- Leverage Lightning Flows and low-code tools to improve workflows and eliminate manual processes.
- Manage system enhancements including configuration, flows, Lightning components, and API integrations.
- Oversee JIRA boards to define requirements, manage sprints, and ensure timely project execution.
- Develop metrics monitoring system observability, availability, and performance, and drive continuous improvements.
- Provide training and documentation to promote effective system adoption.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
