AECOM is seeking a Contracts Analyst (Procurement) for one of our offices in Sacramento, CA.  This role is open to remote work.

JOB SUMMARY

This role will support the Statewide Regional Office to perform a range of activities supporting the Contracts and Budgets team. Specific responsibilities include preparing task orders, stop work notices and other contract documents at the direction of the Real Property Budget & Contract Section Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of task orders, stop work notices and applicable contract documents
• Update and maintain status and budget reports
• Update the Authority’s system of records as needed
• Data research of historical information
• Researching and reviewing procurement contracts
• Invoice reviews and financial records updates
• Contribute to primary responsibilities and offer support on supplementary projects as needed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Procurement experience
• Proven skills creating database spreadsheets, graphs, charts, and reports
• Demonstrate familiarity and ability to work with databases
• Ability to prioritize workload elements
• Be able to create database spreadsheets, graphs, charts, and reports
• Be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff orally, in writing, and with visual aids
• Ability to learn new tasks and software quickly

• Travel may be required for this role
