Responsibilities
- Define and execute hiring strategy to grow and retain technical talent for onboarding and lifecycle teams
- Lead and mentor managers and senior engineers to build a culture of ownership, throughput, and continuous improvement
- Optimize team decision-making and delivery, balancing short-term needs with long-term scalability and sustainability
- Drive technical strategy to improve system performance, reliability, and robustness across onboarding flows
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data to define customer flows and serve as the Voice of the Customer in roadmap decisions
- Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Risk, Security) to design efficient end-to-end processes and solutions
- Own and drive key KPI metrics to measure onboarding success, conversion, and operational efficiency
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA) is a plus but not required
