Role Overview:
The Production Assistant will play a critical role in supporting our production operations, ensuring accurate and timely management of purchase orders (POs) across e-commerce, marketing, influencer, growth, and wholesale initiatives. This highly detail-oriented role requires someone proactive, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally with both internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually alter Excel purchase orders (POs) to prepare for upload into our ERP system (NetSuite) for e-commerce, marketing, influencer, growth, and wholesale orders.
- Execute manual price and quantity updates to POs in the ERP as adjustments occur.
- Perform manual date updates to POs in the ERP, including weekly Work-In-Progress (WIP) revisions from factories.
- Send POs to manufacturing partners in a timely and accurate manner.
- Compose TOP (Top of Production) needs within PO emails to suppliers and manage the TOP tracker accordingly.
- Assist with tracking order timelines, updates, and deliverables to ensure alignment with production schedules.
- Maintain clear communication with suppliers to resolve PO discrepancies or update needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (growth, marketing, e-commerce) to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment requirements are met.
- 1–2 years of experience in production, supply chain, operations, or a related role (fashion/apparel experience a plus).
- Strong Excel skills; ability to update, track, and analyze data accurately.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with NetSuite is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work remotely with at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours.
