About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Analyst to support our supply chain and manufacturing operations. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and efficient tracking, reporting, and coordination of purchase orders and production activities. The Production Analyst will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external manufacturing and quality assurance partners, driving operational excellence through data accuracy and proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase Order Management

• Coordinate with manufacturing partners to confirm and track all open purchase orders.
• Maintain up-to-date status of production orders and shipment timelines in Anvyl and ensure Netsuite is kept up-to-date.
• Maintain comprehensive tracking reports and documentation to monitor PO statuses and fulfillment progress.

Production & Quality Oversight

• Schedule and report on quality control audits in partnership with our quality assurance provider, QIMA.
• Monitor and communicate production timelines, ensuring all orders align with expected ex-factory ship dates.
• Identify and escalate potential production delays, working cross-functionally to mitigate risks and align stakeholders.

Vendor & Stakeholder Communication

• Provide timely and accurate updates to Planning, Sales, and Operations teams regarding order progress and any changes to delivery timelines.
• Ensure manufacturers are fully informed of and compliant with labeling, packaging, and care label specifications.
• Inform the Inbound Logistics team about expected Cargo Ready Dates to ensure on-time shipments are coordinated with our Freight Forwarding partners.

Performance Reporting

• Compile and report on key vendor performance metrics including:
• On-time, in-full (OTIF) shipment rates.
• Quality defect rates.
• Raw material inventory levels.
• Monthly production capacity utilization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in production, supply chain, or vendor management in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
• Proficient in production tracking systems (experience with Anvyl, a plus).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience coordinating with overseas manufacturers and quality assurance partners.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with apparel or consumer goods labeling and packaging compliance standards.
• Experience working in ERP systems, experience with Netsuite, a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and solve supply chain or operational issues.
