The Meetings and Learning Events Intern will support the organization of event logistics for the DREAM 2026 Annual Conference while gaining hands-on experience in conference management.
Responsibilities: Assist with online registrations, manage event logistics, coordinate travel accommodations, and support the events team with various administrative tasks.
Skills: Administrative experience and collaboration skills, along with a learning orientation and an equity mindset are preferred.
Qualifications: Preferred candidates should have some administrative experience and a keen interest in event coordination and management.
Location: Silver Spring, MD (Hybrid) with occasional travel to conferences in Portland, Oregon.

Job Overview:
The Meetings and Learning Events Intern will assist with the coordination of event preparation and logistics for the DREAM 2026 Annual Conference, scheduled for March 2-4 in Portland, Oregon, and be responsible for the following:
*Administrative experience and a desire to work in conference management is preferred.
Internship Duration: Approximately 10-20 hours per week, through March 2026.
