Responsibilities: Support families through the eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance (ERSEA) process, ensuring compliance with Head Start Performance Standards.
Skills: Detail-oriented, compassionate, knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards, bilingual in Spanish/Creole preferred, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required; AA/AS in Social Work, Education, or related field preferred; knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards preferred.
Location: Acelero Learning, Delaware HQ, with up to 10% local or long-distance travel for work-related meetings.
Compensation: $36108 - $36108 / Annually

Your Role:
The ERSEA Assistantis responsible for assuring that the program maintains full enrollment serving the community’s highest need children. This position must be held by an individual who can fully understand the Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA) Head Start Performance Standards and is able to implement them accurately at all times.
