Job Description

2026 Legal and Records Co-Op Overview  

Envision working with energetic colleagues and inspirational leaders, all while gaining world-class experience in one of the most dynamic organizations in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a reality for AbbVie Co-Ops.  

Legal and Records BTO is aligned and supports technology needs of Legal and Records Management users and functional areas. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Project Management,  

  • Business Systems Analysis,  

  • Generative AI enabled use case development and delivery 

  • Business Capabilities and Technical Roadmap Development and Enhancement,  

  • Project Delivery 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications  

  • Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Data Science or other related field 

  • Must be enrolled in university for at least one semester following the Co-Op

  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 – July 2027 

  • Familiar with Gen AI concepts and technical solutions.
