The Marketing & Retention Coordinator plays a key role in driving customer engagement, loyalty, and growth through coordinated marketing campaigns and CRM strategies. This position combines hands-on campaign execution with strategic support across email, SMS, and digital marketing initiatives to improve customer retention and maximize lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Retention Marketing
Manage and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., Service Titan, Klaviyo, Mail Chimp, etc.) to support email, SMS, and automation workflows.
Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns, including onboarding, engagement, and reactivation sequences.
Monitor campaign performance and retention metrics; provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce compelling messages aligned with brand voice and customer segments.
Marketing Coordination
Support the marketing team in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across channels (email, social, digital, print, and events).
Maintain marketing calendars, ensuring deadlines, campaign launches, and deliverables are met on schedule.
Coordinate between internal teams and external vendors or agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Assist with performance reporting, budget tracking, and marketing asset management.
Data & Reporting
Track KPIs related to customer engagement, churn, and retention.
Segment audiences based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and demographics to ensure relevant and personalized communication.
Use data insights to refine campaign strategy and inform future initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, CRM management, or digital campaign execution.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Service Titan, Klaviyo, Mail Chimp, etc.).
Strong understanding of email/SMS best practices, customer segmentation, and analytics.
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Skills
Experience in e-commerce or service-based industries.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of A/B testing, customer journey mapping, and retention marketing strategies.
Performance Metrics
Email and SMS engagement rates (CTR, open rates, conversion rates).
Customer retention and reactivation rates.
Growth in CRM database health and segmentation accuracy.
Timeliness and efficiency in campaign delivery.
