As a Salesforce Developer at 1Password, you will be a key member of the Revenue Operations team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions on the Salesforce platform that enable operational efficiency, scalability, and cross-system integration. Your focus will be on custom development in Sales Cloud and integration with connected Revenue Operations systems such as CPQ, ERP, and marketing automation tools.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams, as well as technical partners, to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions that improve business processes, user experience, and data integrity.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud.

• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (Developer II preferred) and Salesforce Administrator certifications.

• Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems (e.g., CPQ, ERP, billing, and marketing automation platforms).

• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD processes, and deployment strategies for Salesforce.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices for scalable architecture.

• Hands-on experience with advanced automation tools such as Flows, and Apex Triggers.

• Ability to thrive in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

What You Can Expect

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable custom solutions on Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce development tools.

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and connected Revenue Operations systems.

• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and high-quality deliverables.

• Work with Salesforce Admins to ensure alignment between development and configuration efforts.

• Optimize and refactor existing code and processes for performance, maintainability, and scalability.

• Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and solution architecture discussions.

• Collaborate on data migration, cleansing, and synchronization strategies.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for code, integrations, and customizations.

• Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging best practices, proactively recommending enhancements.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and custom development.

• Familiarity with Workato, or other integration platforms.

• Experience with advanced analytics integrations (Looker, Snowflake, etc.).

• Contribution to open-source Salesforce projects or active participation in the Salesforce developer community.

• Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Marketo or HubSpot.

USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $113,000 USD and $153,000 USD plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $106,000 CAD and $144,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
