Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy & Operations

143 Studios is an award-winning media production company behind high-profile podcasts, books, and audio originals reaching millions globally. We are hiring a hands-on Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy & Operations to build, scale, and operate the systems, channels, and analytics that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization across web, email/CRM, paid media, SEO and emerging channels.

Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress) and site optimization
  • Proven experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and email platforms
  • Deep familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, CTV)
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analytics best practices
  • Experience with attribution models and full-funnel tracking
  • Ability to build dashboards and synthesize data for stakeholders
  • Budget and media-buying management experience
  • A/B testing and conversion rate optimization skills
  • Vendor, agency and cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Comfort with privacy, consent management, and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain scalable marketing systems for campaign execution, testing, reporting and optimization
  • Own website, email/CRM, SEO, paid media, and emerging channels to maximize acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Create and maintain KPI frameworks and performance dashboards; synthesize insights for leadership
  • Plan and execute lifecycle email/CRM programs: segmentation, automation, and retention funnels
  • Partner with designers/developers on A/B testing, landing page optimization and UX improvements
  • Manage multi-channel paid campaigns with internal teams and external agencies; own setup, tracking and attribution
  • Manage channel budgets and media buying to maximize ROAS and audience acquisition
  • Oversee internal and external teams (agencies, freelancers), providing direction and accountability
  • Maintain tagging plans, analytics integrations, and data integrity across tools
  • Develop and run structured testing roadmaps and translate results into optimizations

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in analytics, digital marketing or CRM a plus
