Client Marketing Strategy Lead

The Client Marketing Strategy Lead will own B2B positioning, messaging, and integrated marketing strategies that elevate Realtor.com as the most trusted, modern, and data-driven partner for agents, brokers, builders, and other industry professionals.

Skills

  • Strong B2B marketing and brand strategy skills with experience in integrated campaigns.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into creative, measurable marketing programs.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
  • Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate professional ecosystems (agents, brokers, builders) and two-sided marketplaces.

Responsibilities

  • Define audience insights, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for Realtor.com’s professional products and services.
  • Oversee brand and industry presence across national campaigns, NAR partnerships, events, trade media, and media partnerships.
  • Partner with channel, product, creative, and sales enablement teams to develop integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Embed positioning and messaging upstream into product, sales, and communications planning to drive growth, adoption, and retention.
  • Establish success metrics for campaigns and brand initiatives and iterate based on performance and learnings.
  • Ensure professional and consumer narratives are aligned to present one coherent brand across both sides of the marketplace.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred but not required.
