Director of Performance Marketing

EveryLife is a fast-growing D2C brand offering premium, pro-life baby products and building a values-driven movement around faith, family, and freedom. We are looking for a hands-on Director of Performance Marketing to own paid acquisition, SEO, and digital advertising strategies that drive rapid, measurable D2C growth while optimizing CAC-to-LTV and maximizing ROI.

Skills

  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytics and quantitative skills including attribution, incrementality, and cohort analysis.
  • Experience managing media budgets and demonstrating ROI and LTV optimization.
  • Proven capability to design and execute testing frameworks for creative and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration with creative, product, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid acquisition strategy across paid social, paid search, programmatic, affiliate, influencer, and emerging channels.
  • Manage media budgets and dynamically allocate spend to maximize ROI and improve CAC-to-LTV ratios.
  • Design and run a rigorous testing and experimentation framework for creative, audiences, and messaging.
  • Oversee SEO and coordinate with creative to align short-term performance with long-term brand growth.
  • Analyze performance, attribution, incrementality, and cohort metrics to inform strategy and investment.
  • Present channel performance, insights, and growth forecasts to the Executive Team regularly.
  • Identify, validate, and scale new acquisition channels and tactics to unlock incremental revenue.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience in marketing, analytics, or related field.
  • Ongoing learning in analytics tools and advertising platforms encouraged.
