Project Manager

Overview

Zolman Restoration is seeking a Project Manager to join our team!

The Project Manager will supervise and coordinate various contractors and team members to ensure projects are fulfilled on schedule, in accordance with plans and specifications, while ensuring a quality product for the owner.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in insurance restoration industry
• Knowledge of insurance industry standards
• Ability to participate in 24 hours on call rotation and respond with a maximum sense of urgency

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Must be a mature self-starter, service-oriented and be professional in conduct, attitude and appearance
• Outgoing, positive and professional personality and ability to exhibit creativity and resourcefulness
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions and handle deadline pressures
• Excellent organizational skills and able to help keep others organized with the department
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as proof-reading skills required
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are required to be able to work with a variety of strong personalities
• Ability to calm and diffuse escalated situations
• Ability to escalate the difficult inquiries/issues/problems to proper team members
• Must have great initiative and problem-solving skills
• Must be punctual and accountable
• Sensitivity to confidential matters required
