Responsibilities
- Lead and support month-end general ledger close: prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting analysis to meet deadlines
- Prepare journal entries and manage close activities for marketing accruals, prepaid expenses, cost allocations, fixed assets, and professional fees
- Perform monthly general ledger and bank reconciliations, including foreign currency accounts
- Manage vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and corporate card expense processes
- Support revenue reconciliations, customer credit card payments, and chargeback disputes
- Document, evaluate, and monitor internal controls and support audit requests
- Identify and implement process improvements using automation and AI
- Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and cross-functional projects
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required)
- CPA certification (preferred)
