About the Role

Zero Homes is hiring an individual to grow and manage our contractor network  at our HQ location in Denver. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring our contractor network is set up for success, optimized for quality and scale, and absolutely love working with us. This is a unique opportunity to shape the way Zero Homes collaborates with and serves our contractor network. You will make a measurable impact on both operational growth, contractor satisfaction, and installation quality. Your Role & Your Impact
  • You will own the contractor relationship lifecycle, by managing partnerships from the first contact through onboarding, ensuring they are supported, informed and aligned with Zero Homes’ quality & performance standards and mission.
  • You will be accountable for network growth and supply by identifying, vetting and onboarding high quality contractors to expand coverage, capacity and quality in new and existing markets.
  • You will be the voice of the contractor to bridge the field and the business by working across our internal operations and product teams to deliver actionable feedback and advocate for contractor needs.
  • You will develop and lead performance reviews and feedback cycles. You will conduct regular check-ins, performance assessments and QBR style reviews to ensure contractors have clear direction and support for continuous improvement.
  • You will foster engagement, loyalty and retention by building programs that build community and reward and incentivize quality, reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • You will be expected to travel to both existing and new markets to put on events, engage our contractor network, and meet them on active jobs on a semi-regular basis. 


What You Bring
  • 5+ years of proven experience in contractor network management, channel management or B2B sales experience, ideally in home services, construction, energy or similar industries
  • Have proven success building and managing contractor ecosystems, including recruitment, onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
  • Operational acumen, including the ability to design and execute scalable programs that improve performance and loyalty.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with the ability to build trust with partners and stakeholders.
  • You are curious &, empathetic. You understand what motivates contractors, can deeply understand their businesses and know how to support them building a sustainable business partnership.
  • Experience with Heat Pumps, or other renewable energy products and services.
  • You live within 50 miles of Denver, CO (or are willing to relocate with assistance).


$120,000 - $150,000 a year
