Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated texts and voice call transcripts to ensure high-quality, compliant, and effective conversations across lead scenarios
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data (transcripts, call outcomes, CRM feedback, engagement metrics) to identify patterns and pain points
- Translate findings into clear product recommendations including script edits and behavior/logic changes
- Collaborate with the Lead Product Manager and Data Analyst to run impact analysis and measure the effectiveness of changes
- Support A/B tests and pilots, track downstream effects on engagement and conversion metrics
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to implement and iterate on conversation improvements
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Relevant coursework or certifications in product, data analysis, UX research, or related fields considered
